Notes
Edd was born on June 10, 1890, in Little Rock, Arkansas. By the 1900 census, he and his family were living in the Moline, Texas, area. They lived near the Thomas Thompson, Charles Shipley, John T. Bullock, and William K. Ford families. He married Anna Jane “Jennie” Woolsley (1888-1960) on November 26, 1910, in Lampasas, Texas. The couple had four sons: Otis, Floyd, Elvis “Al,” and Charles. When Floyd was born in 1913, the birth was attended by Dr. Joseph Hicks, who practiced out of Moline. Edd died at age twenty-eight in Moline on June 29, 1918, and is buried next to his parents.
Death date on monument appears to be wrong.
