Around 1913, Allie [Martin] Armstrong (1885-1935) married Robert Lee “Lee” Armstrong (1874-1940) after his first wife “Lizzie” died in 1911. Allie and Lee had one child, Irene, who was born on October 28, 1914. The couple was living in Payne Gap at the time of the birth. Irene’s life was cut short at age twenty, and the cause of death is unknown. She is buried next to her mother and also near Edgar, a son of Lee and Lizzie’s.
