“A child of people who were camped on El Duncan [ie Jenkins] place”–Payne Gap Cemetery files. The grave sits at the foot of El Duncan, adding credence to this identification. In another record, Jessie [Duncan] recalled this child was the one that was burned, instead of the Woolsley child.
