ELLIOTT, MR. JAMES E., age 69, of Vincent, AL, died December 16, 1999. Beloved husband, father and grandfather, was born in Mexico, MO, November 19, 1930 and died December 16, 1999. Retired from A.P. Green Refractories, Inc. in 1995 after 49 years of service. Preceded in death by son, Tom Elliott. Survivors: spouse, Dottie Elliott; daughter, Renay Watt of Aubrey, TX; two granddaughters, Jennifer and Kathleen Elliott; and two grandsons, Joshua and Derek Amos. Memorial service will be held Friday, December 17, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Stephens Episcopal Church, 3775 Crosshaven Drive, Cahaba Heights. Funeral service in Goldthwaite, Texas and burial at Payne Gap Cemetery. Ridout’s Southern Heritage directing.
