Frank was born in Christian County, Missouri. Records show he was a student in Nowata, Oklahoma around 1915-1917. He lived in Osage, Kansas, in 1910 and was living in Liberty, Texas, in 1930. He married Eslar Pearl Mathis around 1922. By 1935, he lived in Fort Bend, Texas. In 1940, he lived in Justice, Texas. At one point, he was living Kempner, Texas. He died in Temple. No record of children. He came from a large family, with 8 siblings.
