Death certificate reports name as “Millie C. Crawford.” Millie Augustine Temple was born on February 7, 1872, to Hannah Dorcas Miller, age 15, and James Allen Temple, age 32. She married J.T. Campbell on July 22, 1894. 1940 census shows that she was married to J.W. Crawford and living in Lampasas County, Long Cove/Moline Road, near the Cook family, which included Arthur Cook, the informant on her death certificate. The arrangement of graves suggests relationships with the Cook and Campbell families (see attached).
