This image is one of a series of eighty coffee grounds stains on Bounty paper towels that explores the concept of expansion–-the universal process of an energy source starting from a central point and spreading outward.

Construction Site: 3 in 3D, an exhibition at Site 131 gallery in Dallas on view through June 8, 2024, features the work of three sculptors, each exploring and probing different aspects of art creation in three dimensions … Each artist takes a divergent path, but as a grouping in the gallery’s space, the works interact in complementary and ineffable ways.

This image, “NEBULA 1”, stitches two photographs of cracked vinyl seats into a composite that suggests a nebula with its network of star-forming gas.

Jeffrey works daily on a series of sculptures that will be revealed at his first solo exhibition at Site 131, Dallas, in early 2024.
